4. Coaching Relationship

By participating in coaching, you acknowledge that:

coaching is not therapy

results are not guaranteed

progress depends on your effort, honesty, and consistency

you are responsible for your choices and actions

you may stop coaching at any time

Coaching does not replace professional medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice.

The Company reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if coaching is not an appropriate fit.

5. Coaching Disclaimer

All coaching services, programs, and related content are subject to the Company’s Coaching Disclaimer, available on the Company website.

6. Fitness & Nutrition Responsibility

7. Payments, Billing, and Refunds

1:1 Coaching

Coaching fees are billed in advance according to the agreed package or schedule.

Due to the personalized nature of coaching, all coaching fees are non-refundable once services have begun, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Community Memberships

Community memberships may be canceled at any time.

Access continues through the end of the current billing cycle.

Unused time is not refunded.

Digital Products & Courses

All sales of digital products, courses, and downloadable materials are final unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase.

Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate termination of access and may be disputed with documentation of services rendered.

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided by The Mikkel Clark Project LLC—including written content, videos, audio recordings, worksheets, frameworks, programs, PDFs, emails, community materials, and derivative works—is the intellectual property of the Company.
